Before Battle Starts: If you join a battle and it doesn't fill up within a reasonable timeframe, you will receive a full refund of your entry price.

After Battle Starts: Once a battle goes live and the timer starts, entry prices are non-refundable. You have committed to participating in the auction.

Battle Cancellation: If BidBattles cancels a battle for any reason, all participants will receive a 100% refund of the entry price, for the unused bids you will receive Bidbattle Loyalty Coins in your account.

No Refunds on Bid Packages: Bid packages are non-refundable once purchased. Bids expire at the end of a battle unless you have a Premium Account.

No Exchanges: Bid packages cannot be exchanged, transferred to another account, or converted to cash value.

Bids Never Expire: If you have a Premium Account, In the end of a battle you will receive BidBattle Loyalty Coins (BLC) in your account for any unused Bid. You can purchase bids in any new battle with your Bidbattle loyalty coins. Your BLC remain in your account indefinitely and can be used whenever you choose to participate in battles.

Legal Warranty: Legal warranty conditions apply to all products.

Defective Products: If you receive a defective or damaged product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery for replacement or refund.

14-Day Cooling-Off Period: In accordance with EU consumer law, you have 14 days to return unopened products for a full refund (shipping costs excluded).

Important: Opened electronics, vehicles, and items with broken seals may not be eligible for return unless defective.

Processing Time: Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

Confirmation: You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.
